He also has a few recipe suggestions in case you get lucky!

Cycling — Kellie

Having spent many weekends accompanying her boyfriend who is a competitive mountain bike racer Kellie has a good knowledge of the sport and places to cycle.

We have excellent, well-maintained mountain bikes for hire!
All bikes are supplied with helmet, lock and puncture repair kit.

Hobart offers bike riders a range of riding choices from road riding experiences, sealed pleasant cycle paths great for families or for keen mountain bikers there are wilderness trails available.

Graham Court is a perfect base to cycle from and explore Hobart’s sites. There is easy access to the city cycle way that extends from the northern suburb of Claremont, to the Hobart waterfront and city centre, following the Derwent River. Other options may include a relaxed cycle to the Botanical gardens, explore South Hobart, the Cascade Brewery and gardens, visit the Wrest Point Casino, Battery Point, Salamanca or cross over the Tasman Bridge and follow the waters edge track to some of the Eastern Shores suburbs, parks and beaches.

For adventurous bike riders, Wellington Park offers a range of bike riding exercises, from road riding, to simple forest trails, or for more experienced riders there are challenging tracks with steep technical terrain. Nearby is the Glenorchy Mountain Bike Park, which is at national standard and is very popular with locals. It has a downhill, 4X track and a cross-country course.

Graham Court bikes for hire are only suitable for cycle paths or flat trails. We suggest more experienced riders bring their own bike.
