1 bedroom Apartment

This apartment has a QS bed in the bedroom and also a single bed in the living area. It has space to manoeuvre a wheel chair in living, bedroom and bathroom areas. The bathroom is completed to the Australian Standard for access bathrooms. It has a rail by the toilet and the toilet is higher than a standard toilet. Handrails are in the shower with a shower rose that can be hand held or height adjusted. All taps in the bathroom and kitchen may be wrist or elbow operated. There is a shower chair. The bathroom floor is all at one level with no steps or awkward lips etc. Mirrors, towel rails etc. are at a lower level. The kitchen in the apartment is designed for assisted access only.
